Hume's argument is entirely applicable here, no doubt, given that it relates to establishing a supernatural event using nothing but testimony. Although both Occam and Hume are relevant to the point, I opted for just the former due to (IMO) its broader applicability to the notion of establishing miracles, and for the sake of brevity.
